Hey all,

Short letter today, I’ll get right to the point.

The things that cause you the most discomfort?

They are probably the things that can end up being the most profitable.

Now, it’s really important to dig into this a little more.

Because this could be taken the wrong way for sure.

  • Digging a ditch = uncomfortable + won’t make you rich

  • Cleaning up people’s puke = uncomfortable + won’t make you rich

You get the idea.

I’m talking about the kind of uncomfortable that SPECIFICALLY applies to HIGH INCOME EARNING ACTIVITIES.

For instance, ever wonder why famous people on YouTube or Instagram are RICH?

It’s not because they are super hot or super cool or super whatever (though those things help).

The reason that they are RICH is because of supply and demand.

Get this now.

Absorb it.

Internalize it.

Getting in front of a camera and making content day in and day out is UNCOMFORTABLE.

(I know this from experience)

BUT, the WHOLE WORLD wants to watch CONTENT.

So, you have this extreme gap between SUPPLY and DEMAND.

And ANYWHERE there is a GAP is where (by inserting yourself) you can MAKE MONEY.

The people that get rich on instagram and facebook and youtube get there because there is insane demand, and not enough people willing to put up with the uncomfortable nature of always being ON for the camera….

That’s just one example.

The same goes for AMAZON.

What does everyone want to do right now?

THEY WANT TO SHOP ON AMAZON.

(of course they don’t want to leave their comfy house and their comfy sweatpants and put on a mask and follow all these rules when they can just order it online)

SOOOO….

There is an insane DEMAND for every product on AMAZON.

THUS, those people that can put up with the UNCOMFORTABLE ACTIVITY CALLED

YOU GUESSED IT, AMAZON FBA (selling on Amazon).

MAKE MONEY.

A lot of money.

BUT IT IS NOT COMFORTABLE.

  • It’s not comfortable to have your mom tell you you’re crazy and that you should “get a real job” - this actually happened to me.

  • It’s not comfortable to stay up till 2am for 3 weeks in a row negotiating with Chinese suppliers because that’s when they are awake.

  • It’s not comfortable putting your first product inventory payment on CREDIT CARDS because you can barely afford ramen noodles much less 2,000 cornhole lights (my actual first product and what actually happened to me)

YOU GET IT RIGHT?

As long as the activity you are doing has a huge SUPPLY and DEMAND gap….

THE LESS COMFORTABLE THE ACTIVITY IS?

THE MORE MONEY YOU CAN MAKE.

WHY? Because the more uncomfortable it is, the LESS COMPETITION YOU WILL HAVE, because everyone else will quit.
