I can relate to this message and it really encouraged me today. A lot of the time I have felt the same way: that I am wasting time if I am not working and then I try to create a project or task for myself. I want to ask myself the question that Steve Jobs asks himself everyday and it is a good reflection. Maybe by implementing specific time in the day to relax and do something enjoyable could be helpful or taking a walk in nature. Imagining everything going to a "handbasket" is a good way to stop anxious thoughts. It can also be used to talk to very negative/narcissistic people in your life weather it be a co-worker, relative or peer who is draining your energy. Instead of using your own energy to try to convince them to be positive you could just say: "your right." Haha that would be so much easier and can end the conversation with someone like that. Great letter, thanks! Bless you.
